The construction of the residential units of the Arts Mall in Waterloo offers positive, current views and excellent potential views of future development. The residences were orientated perpendicular allowing for the maximum pleasing view to all units.

The marble block is sculpted to capture the views and relate to the surrounding artistic and cultural buildings. The residential flats within the building are treated as an unfinished marble block with curated window placements that show the veining of the marble. Inside the marble carving is a pristine, finished surface.
