Premier Lending Alliance serves small credit unions in Iowa with mortgage services. Their office needed the capability of offering a meeting facility for credit union employees and a conference room for patrons to sign their mortgage paperwork and complete the purchase of their new homes. To keep the organization’s daily focus on helping their patron’s achieve home ownership, the conference room is featured prominently. Every feature of their space reflects the importance of this exciting event.
Purposeful Visibility
The unique entry sequence and front, public area promote a positive, exciting, and warm welcome for all who enter. The wood ceiling elements draw their inspiration from home roof pitches and create a cozy, warm environment that supports the excitement of home ownership. The glass enclosed conference room symbolizes the transparency of the mortgage process. The use of glass throughout the building allows natural light to enter and flow throughout the work space. Additional glass facing the trees allows both natural light and a therapeutic view.
Expanding Expectations
Premier Lending Alliance resides in a suburban office park. We worked closely with the city to respectively challenge their prescriptive building codes. We developed a palate that provides a more residential feel than that of a traditional office park. The use of metal and glass, coupled with stone bookends to anchor the building, enhanced the existing neighborhood. At the conclusion of the project, the city stated that they appreciated us for stretching their rules and pushing past the status quo.
