Caitlyn Reischauer


After graduating from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2018, Caitlyn moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota to pursue a Master's in architecture at the University of Minnesota. Upon receiving her Master's, Caitlyn moved back to Iowa with her husband to start her career in architecture.

Caitlyn was drawn to Slingshot by their community-based focus and processes, as well as their commitment to creating spaces that leave a lasting impact. She enjoys being part of the passionate and curious team culture at Slingshot.

When she's not at work, Caitlyn enjoys reading, teaching herself to play guitar, and going to concerts with her husband, Cameron.
