Ben Hansen graduated from Iowa State University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Architecture and Minor in Sustainability. After graduation, he spent two and a half years working in northern Iowa before relocating to Des Moines.

Ben is looking forward to Slingshot's collaborative environment and the impact the work has on its communities and inhabitants. He was drawn to Slingshot for their design process and emphasis on community driven design.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time playing guitar, golfing, watching football, and traveling.
