Introduce new amenity types to the building that include a fitness room with adjacent locker rooms equipped with showers, multiple sized conference and meeting rooms to suit small groups to 50+ persons, a grab-and-go food and beverage station, and a centrally located coffee bar located in the building lobby and tenant lounge.
