INDUSTRIAL + CHARACTER
Smaller industrial forms punctuate an urban mass of stone and brick. Structural supports articulate with simple braced frames.
ENGAGE THE RIVER
Residents have access to river views through large windows and balconies off the living spaces. Upper levels have a shared lounge and deck offering views overlooking the plaza and river.
DOWNTOWN + RIVER
200 State Street sets the precedent for River Place. SSR2 presents an urban front to the south edge of the plaza with predominately masonry materials complementing the character of Main Street. Metal forms transition the building to a more industrial character on the east echoing the character of past mill race buildings.
